HELD BY MANY HANDS, TOUCHED BY MANY FINGERS.
ONE THING IN COMMON BETWEEN PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEVER
MET; OR ARE YET TO MEET.

hi there! haha something unfortunate happened on the bus ride home
today from vivo and something philosophical dawned on me.

well i was really careless and left the jigsaw puzzle box, that i bought
today at the funfair for only 2 bucks, on the small platform beside the window.
yeah the jigsaw puzzle box was leaning against the window.
so then, the burdened on my lap was lightened, with just my bag alone.
i was resting and really bored with nothing to do and thus decided to
look through the touching farewell letters again received by friends today and
as soon as i took the class photos out from my bag, i think the bus shook a little
or some movement that caused the box to shake and the cover opened
and about like half the box of jigsaw puzzle pieces started to fall out
and was scattered all over the place. on my lap, at the edge of the seat
near the window, and all over the ground. the moving bus added no
improvement to the situation. haha. i was horrified and just sat there and
stared for a moment, with the class photos still in my hands. and i
actually had just taken them out, had not even taken a glance.
after a few seconds, i finally started to react. haha.
i quickly put the photos back into my bag and took the jigsaw box which still
laid against the window, however, with most of the jigsaw pieces all over.
slowly but steadily, i squatted down and picked up as many jigsaw pieces
on the ground as possible with my small hands, before any more slided down
further as the bus moved. yeah and the kind woman beside me helped me
to hold the box so that every once in a while,
i could come up and deposit the pieces
collected on the ground into the box.
two very helpful teenage students who were
sitting behind me reacted fast and bent down to help me pick up the
pieces as well. they were really nice and friendly, coming to my rescue even
when i did not ask, how thoughtful with such intitiative. yeah they
did not even hesitate and if i remembered correctly, i think they
actually reacted faster than i did and went to pick up the pieces even before
i did! yeah haha but everything happened so quickly that i cant
really remember the whole situation well. anyway, they picked up alot for me
and i think that honestly, without their help,
all the pieces on the ground wouldnt
have been picked up so easily in no time!
yea in fact, i think they worked faster
than i did! haha. what's more, plently of jigsaw puzzles were scattered
at the back and if they didnt help me, i really dont know how i was going to
retrieve those behind. i think the two teenagers, one male, one female,
are JC students judging by their uniforms. hahah. yup and they
look like indians. on top of that, they both are good-looking as well!(:
haha. kind people with pretty faces. or maybe its just that
when one has a kind soul, it is reflected upon one's appearance as well.
of course i did thank them gratefully and the woman beside me too;p
yep i grinned really widely cos i guess smiles are the best ways of
spreading warmnt(:
Thankyou God for sending these people to lend a helping
hand so readily and its such a blessing
to know that even though we're just strangers, there is care. (:
yeah and i heard the lady telling the guy: i think she needs this!
and she passed me a rubber band! ;D
And God let the heavy pouring rain come only after i reached home!
hahah as i reached my doorstep, it started POURING IMMEDIATELY!
yeah see how God works in miraculous ways(:
and rain is special, special things occur on rainy days!

this incident led me to realise that life is just like a jigsaw puzzle.
(haha actually i've thought of that before. thats why i like jigsaw puzzles.
but you know, this incident gives an example)
you see, though there are storms and hurdles in life that
we'll meet every once in a while, when the pieces fall apart,
there will always be people to help you pick the pieces up, to get up from
your fall. no matter whether they are the people around you,
people you come across and meet along the way, like strangers
(friends that are just not met yet:).
so no matter what adversity we face in life,
God will always send help to us that comes in numerous ways.
He will always find a way to guide us.
There will always be missing pieces in our picture of life,
pieces that are waiting for us to find,
pieces that were once there but now lost,
but it will never be complete because there's just no limit.
and that's one great thing because our picture will always keep growing(:

now you see the beauty in jigsaw puzzles? ;P

i hope there isnt any missing pieces for that jigsaw puzzle though!
well, but that allows the adventure of the that puzzle not
to end even when its done, cos it will be waiting for its missing piece!

perfection isnt always desired,
perfection is not always satisfying.
because perfection isnt real at all.heh.
what a philosophical post right? ;D
the last day of sch is indeed memorable.
not just because of this incident though. (:
there's so much that happened today,
even words will not be enough to express
all the itsy-bitsy details.
