IN HISTORY,

today.
was an unusual day.
much interesting stuff,
but tiring day indeed.
its racial harmony day but it isnt
as boring as the usual RHDs.
the school planned a special idea
by inviting schools from other
countries to come. i didnt count the no.
of schs from other countries
that sent their students but it was
quite a number. and according
to jia, its around NINE schools. hahaa.
lets see, these are the schs that i
can rmb that came and put up an
item:
1. mount carmel sch
2. st georgia's sch (oh no i forgot how
to spell, maybe its the wrong word! :x)
3. s-- v--- sch ( lol its some indian
words i forgot the spelling too! hee.)
4. xin dong fang (or is it xin fang
dong??? LOL. anyway the sch is at china)
5. errrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
cant rmb the resttt! hahahaha.
anyway i think some schs didnt perform
but came too, cus i saw some diff
uniform pupils.
yeah but only the china students
joined us in our lessons.
talked to them for quite a bit, but
not much since i wasnt their buddy.
i think their sch system over at china
is really diff. and i think we sort of
disgraced ourselves in the way we
communicate with them. lol i bet to
foreign people listening to the way
we speak in chinese, this question
will pop up in
their heads: are they even CHINESE?!
ahahaha. somehow or rather,
when you try to translate from english to
chinese directly and as accurately
as possible, you just forget or scramble
up all the chinese words and the
sentence you verbalize is really horrible.
well at least for me, its like that.
i guess it really doesnt work this
way for translation; like how the teachers
always advice us when writing our compos.
i know its kinda bad laughing when
soph and delia were trying their best
to communicate smoothly with
the china students but i really couldnt
help laughing. its SUPER hilarious!!!!
they had SO MANY misunderstandings
alright. and misunderstandings
in conversation
are mostly retarded and FUNNY.
i think the china students thought
we were quite retarded anyway.
i mean thats like the first impression
we give them and they're only
with us today so they wont
have more time to really know more
about us. cos we behaved quite
weirdly and retardedly in front of
them & werent ourselves cus
we were at a loss at what to do many
a time, only left with empty
moments. LOL. just like during the
moment they walked over
to us to join us for our science lesson
outside com lab. we just stared
at them blankly okay. dont know
how to break
the ice and start introducing. -.- !!!
ahahaha.
ohh and today i got hit on the
side of my face by a bean bag thrown
by aditi during pe and the pain
was so excruciating. aditi is seriously
STRONG. and muscular i think,
though i cant see her muscles under
her sleeves. lol?
yea i guess it hurt alot also cus the
area was at the bony part just before
the ear. i asked jiawen and she
told me i had a red patch hahaha.
after i got hit that
part of my face felt very swollen heh.
and like just when the bean bag
hit me, i was kinda shock for a split
second or two. i was like
wondering; "what on earth just hit me??
what is that super
hard thing!" lol it felt like metal lar.
and then i suddenly have
this weird thought that it felt like a bullet
shooting the side of my
head. but how would i know since i never
got shot before?
LOL. but it just felt like that! IRONIC.
i think i am too obsessed with
thriller books like fear & panic and
its always mentioning about bullets
& so now im totally obssessed
with bullets. i think they're cool.
HAHA. yeah what im planning to
do for art exam
includes a bullet as well. LOL.
yeah and when i saw the
'goodbye' bullet in the preview for the
'wanted' movie, it aroused my interest
to watch that show. hahah.
but didnt watch in the end
due to sch work & everything.
anyway heard that it wasnt
nice cus it was too exaggerating.
ohhh and something very embarrassing
happened to me in class too.
i was stretching towards tannie diagonally
behind to get the coin
and rocked my chair backwards
and was too
confident that nothing would happen
and rocked too hard behind
and.
FELL BACKWARDS-.-
it hurt abit but i felt hot with
embarrassment lol.
everyone was super shocked.
mrs hor was SO nice to help me up slowly
and didnt even scold me or nag like most
teachers would about the consequences
of rocking your chair.
this is like the SECOND embarrassing
thing that happened this week to me!><
haha not mentioning the other one but
min, jia & tan clearly knows.
anyhow, im super accident-prone nowadays lar.
last week during pe the ball hit my head
(the same side as today except higher)
TWICE & dont know why it actually
hurt a little at night during drama night.
for a moment only though.
oh and you know
why i got hit by the ball?
COS I WAS TRYING TO BLOCK JEANNE &
I HAVE NO IDEA WHY
IT WAS MY HEAD THAT
DID THE JOB NOT MY HANDS.
WHAHAHA.
and yesterday my
younger cousin pestered
me non-stop so i gave in & went
downstairs with him to 'play'
'basketball'. was lame haha.
and during that time,
the ball hit head AGAIN. HAHA.
and the same area
i got hit by the ball during pe!
yeah and the ball
knocked my stomach once too><
and while filing the math file yesterday,
i closed the ring thing on my finger too.):
hahahaha.retarded me.
well i think i should stop here.
needa get started on homework
